Vision and Values
Welcoming All...
At St Andrew's Church of England Primary School, we want our children to 'let their light shine' (Matthew 5:16) throughout their journey at our school. We want to prepare children for the world in which they live so they are able to flourish and contribute positively to their community and beyond.
Our school values were formulated through consultation with our children, parents and governors. These values are woven into the policies and practices within our school so being lived and breathed by all its stakeholders.
Courage, kindness and respect
In light of our new Christian values we have rewritten are school vision with our school community( children, parents, staff church supported by the diocese).
Our vision is to empower and inspire our children and community.. We wan to create ambitious and resilient citizens who are : courageous, kind and respectful. Our community will embrace opportunities and be equipped to achieve their aspirations contributing positively to God's precious world.
We joined with Rev Ian and our church community to have a vision and values day in church. It was a great success and parents were invite to attend during their class rotation in church.
