School Prayer

Exploring, encountering and experiencing

St Andrew's CE Primary school believes we should provide all members of our school community with invitational opportunities to: EXPLORE, ENCOUNTER and EXPERIENCE prayer.

These range from traditional to creative.

Our Spirit Blazers in each class are working with Rev Ian and the church clergy to write a lunchtime, home time and whole school worship prayer which reflects our vision and values and helps us grow and flourish through faith.

We will add our prayers to the website once the children complete them.

In our classroom, we are currently creating reflection areas. The Spirit Blazers feel they should have:

• Our half termly worship theme focus.

• A book which children can add their own prayers to over the year.

• A Bible and a reflection tree which displays our core Christian values.
